Foundation
The base everything else depends on.
End-to-end commercial strategy and execution for founder-led businesses. One operator who owns the outcome.
Growth has come from your reputation, your relationships, or from a setup you have put together along the way. You can see what is being left on the table.
You do not need a full marketing team. You need someone who can step in, understand the business quickly, and start building the engine that scales it. Without needing to be micromanaged.
Not a menu of separate services. One connected system, built around a single goal: making growth predictable.
Whatever the starting point (from scratch, a basic setup, or specialists already in place), you get one person who shapes the strategy with you, builds the system, and drives the execution.
When specialist skills are needed beyond what one operator can deliver, I bring them in, brief them, and manage their output. You still have one point of contact.
The base everything else depends on.
Getting in front of the right people.
Turning leads into customers, and customers into repeat buyers and advocates.

Most growing businesses build a commercial function by hiring an agency, a freelancer, or a full-time lead. Each can work. What I offer is a different shape: I run the commercial side myself, bring in specialists only when a job calls for one, and keep all of it aligned with where you are taking the business.
I treat your business like my own. We build the commercial plan together, and I execute it day to day.
When specialists are needed, I source them, brief them, and keep them aligned. This means you only have one relationship to maintain.
Brand, website, ads, SEO, email, CRM, AI. Held together by the same person, against the same plan. Decisions in one part shape the others.
Senior and embedded in the business, on a relationship that adjusts as the business changes. Building first, then running, then leading the team we bring in.
I built and now run the entire commercial function for Copenhagen Academy of Digital Arts competing with far bigger, government-funded players. The flagship class went from 19 students to a sold-out 35.
You always know what you are paying and who is doing the work. The fee is fixed, so the invoice never surprises you, and because we are not counting tasks, scope does not turn into a monthly negotiation.
The role grows with the business. Early on it is mostly building the commercial foundation. Later it is running that engine day to day, and eventually directing the specialists we bring in as we scale. Throughout, you are dealing with the same person.

Over the years I have worked at different companies at different stages: early startups, scale-ups, established corporates, and most recently a smaller educational academy. Seeing a business from each of those angles taught me how the commercial parts fit together, and one thing held true everywhere. With a sound business underneath you, what beats better-funded competition is raw execution and the willingness to keep showing up on the days that do not feel like progress.
I work well under pressure, and I am organised enough to carry a heavy load without the quality slipping. Early on that meant finishing my bachelor's degree in 1 year and 9 months while helping build, from scratch, what became Northern Europe's largest CFO conference.
For a while I've been helping founders informally, fixing or building the commercial side of their businesses. I started Martique because of what it did for them, and the feedback that came back.
Working with me is direct. I use plain language, keep meetings short, and do not write reports for the sake of reports. I spend the time on the decisions that actually change the outcome. If we are not a fit, you will know in the first conversation, and so will I.
I take on a small number of clients at a time. If you want growth that does not depend on you pushing every lever, let's talk about whether I am the right person to own it.
