For founder-led businesses

You know your business. Now you need someone  to own the commercial side.

End-to-end commercial strategy and execution for founder-led businesses. One operator who owns the outcome.

Who this is for

You have built something that works. But you have reached the ceiling of what you can run personally.

You are the right fit if:
01 You have tried agencies or freelancers and found them slow, generic, or too removed from how your business actually works.
02 You have specialists in place but no one connecting them, and every decision still ends with you.
03 You want one person who owns the outcome, not a team that shares the blame.
How I Work

A complete commercial function, built and led by one operator.

Stage 01

Foundation

The base everything else depends on.

Brand & Positioning The reason a buyer chooses you over the alternatives.
CRM System Every contact, every conversation, every purchase, in one place.
Stage 02

Attract &
Convert

Getting in front of the right people.

Paid Advertising Predictable, attributable demand.
SEO / AEO Being found, whether buyers are searching or asking AI.
Social Media Content A consistent presence in the places your buyers already pay attention.
Website Built to convert. Customers, leads, or subscribers, depending on the business.
Stage 03

Retention
& Growth

Turning leads into customers, and customers into repeat buyers and advocates.

Email / SMS Turning leads into first sales and customers into repeat ones. The cheapest channel you have.
Customer Relationship Management Referrals, advocacy, and account management.
Why Martique

A different shape for your commercial function.

Someone who cares about your business, and executes.

I treat your business like my own. We build the commercial plan together, and I execute it day to day.

One point of contact.

When specialists are needed, I source them, brief them, and keep them aligned. This means you only have one relationship to maintain.

A system, not a stack of services.

Brand, website, ads, SEO, email, CRM, AI. Held together by the same person, against the same plan. Decisions in one part shape the others.

Like an in-house hire, on a retainer.

Senior and embedded in the business, on a relationship that adjusts as the business changes. Building first, then running, then leading the team we bring in.

Who I am

One operator.

Yousef Fahmi, the operator behind Martique

Over the years I have worked in commercial functions across different companies with varying stages: early startups, scale-ups, and established corporates.

One thing held true everywhere. With a sound business underneath you, what beats better-funded competition is raw execution and the willingness to keep showing up on the days that do not feel like progress.

Common questions

Things founders ask before working together.

Q / 01 What does a typical engagement look like?
Every engagement starts with a conversation to work out where your business is, where you want to take it, and whether I am the right person to help. If we both think it fits, we build a 90-day plan together: what gets done, in what order, and why. Then I execute, and you stay informed and in the loop of what is happening.
Q / 02 What if I already have the foundation in place?
Then we start further along. The three stages are a map, not a fixed order, and I adjust them to where your business actually is. If the foundation is solid, we build on it; if parts of it need work, we handle those first. Either way, the plan starts from what you already have, not from scratch.
Q / 03 Do you do project work, or only retainers?
Both. A retainer is an ongoing relationship where I run the commercial side month to month. A project is a defined scope with a clear end date, for example a 3-month build of your commercial foundation. Some founders start with a project and move to a retainer once the foundation is in place; others go straight to a retainer.
Q / 04 What if it is not a fit?
I will tell you in the first conversation. Not every business suits this model. If it is not a match, I will say so and point you toward someone better suited if I can.
Q / 05 Can you start before we have everything figured out?
Yes. Most clients do not start with all the answers. Part of the work in the first 90 days is figuring out which answers actually matter.

Let's find out if we're a fit.

I take on a small number of clients at a time. If you want growth that does not depend on you pushing every lever, let's talk about whether I am the right person to own it.
